A 26 Year Old Man identified as Osman Yakubu, has been arrested for killing his boss, Mrs Lucy Perah Taiwiah, at her home in Abelemkpe, Accra, Ghana.
It was reported that the suspect in November 12, attacked Lucy with a machete and a pair of scissors. He also inflicted Wounds on two other house helps who had tried to help their boss who was bleeding profusely.
DSP Edward Tetteh who is the Tesano District Police commander confirmed the case. He said, "On Saturday, the suspect, Osman Yakubu, used two machetes and a pair of scissors which he had in his possession to commit the heinous crime. Without any invitation, he entered the Hall of the deceased one story building at Abelemkpe around 9pm on Saturday wielding the machetes".
He also said: "Michael Abiesa 24, and Raymond Achinekwa, 23, both house helps of the deceased were attacked and inflicted deep cuts on various parts of their bodies when they challenged him.
He then proceeded to Lucy Peprah Tawiah's room, inflicted wounds on the nape of her neck, face, head and then stabbed her with the pair of scissors he had with him. A taxi driver, Bonny Djanison who attempted to come to their rescue, following the screams he heard from the house also sustained wounds on his arm"
